With nearly 125 scheduled balloon launches between Friday and Sunday, fireworks, an expanded Moon Glow, helicopter rides from Independent Helicopters, children’s activities, food trucks and vendors, a tap room, bakery and farmer’s market, fire pits, live music and so much more, this year's festival aims to be one for the ages.
"We couldn’t pull off a festival of this magnitude without the support of our community," said Frank Castella, President & CEO of Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce. "The Beekman Fire District, the County of Dutchess, the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office, Dutchess Tourism, Inc., and New York State Police have made significant contributions to making this event successful, whether through promotion or logistics support. Additionally, our continued partnership with Migliorelli Farm makes sure we include northern Dutchess in the festivities."
Castella especially thanked Peter Barton and Barton Orchards, Balloon Meisters Michele and Roger Hooper, Chuck Benfer’s and Q92 at iHeart Media, Bottini Fuel, and an array of local businesses who have stepped up to support this breathtaking festival.
