If you’re wondering how to enter Kyovashad in Diablo 4, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Those of you that attempt to run straight to the city most likely won’t be able to enter. On top of that, even if you meet the prerequisites to go into Kyovashad, a bug might stop you in your tracks. It’s aggravating to be sent careening backwards just as you’re about to step inside. So, we’ll give you a solution for that, too. Here we go!
How to Enter Kyovashad in Diablo 4
To enter the city of Kyovashad in Diablo 4, you need to pursue the quest called “Rite of Passage.” It’s a main quest, so you can’t miss it. After you’ve completed the mission, you’ll be allowed entry into Kyovashad. We’re not going to walk you through the entire thing; that’s up to you to figure out (or read our Rite of Passage guide). When you get to the city entrance, there is an issue that you might run into right at the threshold. You keep trying to walk through the gates and the game keeps rubberbanding you backwards. Apparently, if you exit to the character screen at this point and come back in, you’ll automatically appear at the waypoint inside the city. I hope that it works for you, too. You might have to exit the game completely, but try the character screen first.

It shouldn’t take you too long, depending on how much time you spend messing around with side stuff. By the way, if you have another fix for the rubber-banding at the city gates, let us know in the comments below, I’m sure you’ll save some people from a major headache. If you get stuck somewhere else in the game, we’ve got a bunch of other guides for you. We have articles like How to Use Bow on Rogue, Character Deleted and Not Showing Solution, and How to Switch Weapons in Diablo 4. We have more coming down the pipeline, so stay tuned!
