You’ve always secretly wanted to add a smoker to your arsenal of cooking tools but you’ve already got a grill. Well, if you’re due for a new grill, it’s time to check out Grilla Grills and its Silverbac smoker/grill combo.

How Grilla Grills’ Silverbac Works

The Silverbac is a wood pellet grill that plugs into a three-pronged outlet. The Silverbac uses an auto-ignition grill where pellets are continually fed at the rate set by the digital control panel. There’s a blower fan to provide convection-style cooking so you don’t have to worry about flare-ups.

Grilling and Smoking with the Silverbac

So if you want to smoke something on the Silverbac you can set the temperature at 180 degrees and if you want to grill, the Silverbac can reach 500 degrees. There’s a digital face that displays the temperature. Grilla Grills sells six different kinds of wood pellets that give different flavors but you can use whatever kind of wood pellets you want to pour into the 20-pound capacity hopper.

Silverbac Design

There’s a ton of stainless steel with the Silverbac from the 1/4-inch grates to the drip pan. It’s an easy grill to assemble and there are a number of accessories you can add, like the shelf featured in the video.

Where to Buy the Silverbac

There are three models of the Sliverbac: the original, which runs $649, the pro, which is $749 and the alpha, which costs $799. Order it from Grilla Grills online.
