Open Snapchat on your phone and tap "Chat" in the bottom bar.
On the "Chat" page, tap and hold on "My AI" and select "Chat Settings."
In "Chat Settings," choose "Clear From Chat Feed."
Select "Clear" in the prompt.

Unpin My AI in Your Snapchat Account
To unpin My AI so it isn't displayed at the top of your "Chat" screen all the time, follow these steps.
Launch Snapchat on your phone. In the app's top-left corner, tap your profile icon or your Bitmoji.
On your profile page, in the top-right corner, tap "Settings" (a gear icon).
In "Settings," select "Snapchat+."
On the following page, turn off the "My AI" toggle.
