Later that evening, Kawaki goes out to take out the trash and later decides to run away.

He soon realizes that Kawaki is running away and decides to follow him. Boruto informs his father, Naruto, of the same. Eido sees all this through her Sharingan and informs Code about Kawaki. Code starts to chase Kwaki and catches up to him. Brouto and Kawaki meet and then fight about why Kawaki tried to run away again. Boruto punches Kawaki and tells him that he needs to Protect Kawaki.

Boruto episode 291 teaser revealed that Boruto is confronted by code, and the manga arc will be covered very soon.
